Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nubiyah.com. Please note that customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return. Customers are also responsible to ensure we receive the product at our return address. We are also unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you must reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your damaged product in order for us to address the issue. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your exchange is to contact us at info@nubiyah.com. We will confirm the exchange and give you the go to return the item, please return the item as soon as we confirm the exchange. Once we receive the item and accept the return we will go ahead and send out the exchange item for you. Please note: ALL shipping expenses will be paid for by the customer. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and you should receive the amount in your bank statement within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nubiyah.com.

Order changes:

Once orders are placed and confirmed, any kind of changes to the order are not possible. Orders are fulfilled right away, so kindly ensure to order the correct items with the correct shipping and contact information.
